Tastetea is an upcoming cafe which offers a high variety of beverages and pastries to guarantee satisfaction of all customer cravings. With our highly trained staff members and exquisite customer service, we will make sure every customer who enters will exit with a smile on their face. In order to stay informed and updated on important information, we have created a handbook to keep you notified.
Code of Conduct
Here at Tastetea, we are serious when it comes to our rules. Failure to abide with the given rules will result in moderated consequences.
Respect
You are expected to be respectful to all community members at Tastetea premises. We aim to provide others with a safe, welcoming, and fun space at Tastetea.
Discrimination
Disrespecting others because of their race, sexual orientation, or appearance is not tolerated at Tastetea and will result in severe consequences.
Spamming
Spamming is prohibited at Tastetea as it floods the chat & disrupts the flow of operations. If you are seen spamming, consequences will be given.
Cursing
At Tastetea premises, cursing is prohibited. Bypassing filtered terms or managing to curse in-game will result in a ban.
Exploiting
Exploiting is strictly prohibited and will not be tolerated at Tastetea. If you are caught doing so, you will be banned from all Tastetea premises and blacklisted.
Advertising
Advertising is not allowed at Tastetea. Please do not use our premises to self benefit yourself. If you are caught advertising, you will be banned.
Baristas are trained to issue a non-verbal warning to disruptive customers before reaching out to a Staff Intern or higher for further assistance. Staff Interns and higher have full rights to remove you from the server if you are disrupting the flow of operations.
Frequently Asked Questions
How do I become a Trainee?
To become a Trainee, you must apply at the Application Center and pass the short in-game quiz. Once you have passed, you will be promoted to Trainee.
How do I progress to the ranks after Trainee?
In order to achieve the ranks Junior Barista - Senior Barista, you must attend and pass 3 training sessions, which are hosted daily at the Training Center. To progress to Junior Barista, you are required to acquire 8/10 training points. Progressing to Barista requires you to acquire 9/10 training points. To progress to Senior Barista, you must acquire all 10 training points. To continue your journey after Senior Barista, you must work hard at the cafe or apply for the Management Intern position when applications are announced in our Discord server.
What do I do if I saw a troller or exploiter in-game?
If you encounter a troller in-game, you are expected to non-verbally warn them, then reach out to a Staff Intern or higher for assistance. If there are no admins in-game, you should contact a management member in our Discord server, so they can join your server. If you encounter an exploiter in-game, you should gather immediate evidence of the exploiter and send it to an Executive Assistant or higher to ban them. You can also ping @Emergency Response in the Discord server to alert admins immediately.
What should I do if I didn’t know the recipe to a drink?
If you do not know the recipe to a drink, you can refer to the Recipe Guide section of this handbook, or ask an experienced staff member for assistance.
I passed my training, but I wasn’t promoted. What should I do?
In the rare event this happens, you should contact the staff member that trained and passed you as soon as possible. If you cannot get in contact with them, reach out to any Corporate about the situation, and they will be more than happy to help.
What is the order limit?
Regular customers can order up to 3 items per barista. Premium users can order up to 5 items per barista.
I have safechat. Can I apply for Trainee?
Yes, we allow users with safechat to apply for Trainee. However, these safechat users will not be eligible for a promotion to Management Intern.
Can Senior Baristas spectate at training sessions?
Yes, we allow Senior Baristas to spectate sessions daily. They are expected to join the training session after xx:40, not before xx:39. For more information regarding spectating, refer to the spectating document in our Discord server.
How do I join the communications server?

Alliance Information
Thank you for showing an interest in our group! We adore interacting with other groups and seeing what we are capable of doing together. In order to have your group considered for an alliance, you will have to meet a set of requirements given. If you meet the following requirements, fill out the alliance application and forward it to a member of our Public Relations Department, or a Vice President+. Within 72 hours, you will be notified of your results.
Requirements
➤ The group you are requesting an alliance for must be a professional industry on Roblox, such as a cafe, bakery, restaurant, juice bar, et cetera. War/nation groups are strictly prohibited from applying for a partnership with Tastetea.
➤ The group you are requesting a partnership for must consist of at least 600 non-botted group members and 200 Discord members. Unfortunately, no exceptions can be made for this requirement.
➤ The group you are requesting a partnership for must be an overall well-organized group. We do not partner with unorganized groups, with constant drama, raids, et cetera.
➤ The group you are requesting a partnership for must not sell any MR or HR ranks. In other words, you cannot sell any ranks with administrative commands.
➤ Relating to the previous requirement, your group must have a good reputation, meaning no past raids, staff drama, constant group ownership changes, et cetera.
➤ The group you are requesting a partnership for must be willing to announce and attend future Tastetea events.
Expectations
➤ All staff members of the group must maintain and show a professional and positive attitude at all Tastetea premises.
➤ All of Tastetea’s events must be announced in the group’s communications server once requested to by our Public Relations Department.
➤ Your group must be willing to send exactly two high-ranked representatives from your group to join our communications server.

Rank Information
Each group rank has a different purpose. These short rank descriptions will provide you with a general idea of what each rank does.
Customer Ranks
Customer - ∞
A regular customer of the group who is served refreshments and pastries at the café. They are granted the power of applying for the Trainee rank.
Allied Representative - ∞
A member of the group who is honored and prominent at Tastetea premises. These members consist of Tastetea’s affiliation representatives.
Noted Customer - ∞
A member of the group who is highly honored at Tastetea premises. These members can consist of retired staff members, friends of the founder, or people who are well-known in the Roblox community.
Barista Ranks
Trainee - ∞
A Trainee is a staff member who is learning the basics and techniques of our operations at Tastetea. They are required to attend and pass a training session before serving customers.
Junior Barista - ∞
A Junior Barista has passed their first training session and is now permitted to working in the kitchen. They are still getting used to the regular operations at Tastetea.
Barista - ∞
A Barista has passed two training sessions and is now titled as an experienced staff member. They are officially qualified for the Senior Barista rank.
Senior Barista - ∞
A Senior Barista has passed three training sessions and is now titled as the most experienced Barista Rank. They are now qualified to potentially become a part of the Management Team.
Management Ranks
Management Intern - 40
The Management Intern is the lowest Management Rank. They are the most recent addition to the Management Team and is still learning the ropes of being a Middle Rank. They are expected to supervise the café and spectate/assist at training sessions.
Staff Assistant - 35
A Staff Assistant contributes to supervising and moderating the café daily and can train/assist in training sessions. They have proven that they have gained experience from being a Staff Intern.
Supervisor - 25
A Supervisor continues to contribute to supervising and monitoring the café, as well as training and assisting in training sessions. They are officially qualified for hosting in training sessions as a Head of Supervision member.
Assistant Manager - 20
The Assistant Manager rank continues to supervise and moderate the café, and they now have the power to promote and demote baristas at training sessions. They are now granted the opportunity to host at training sessions.
General Manager - 10
A General Manager continues to carry out the responsibilities and standards listed in the aforementioned ranks as well as playing a role-model standard for Management members. They are now qualified to potentially become a part of the Corporate Team.
Corporate Ranks
Corporate Intern - 8
The Corporate Intern is the lowest Corporate Rank. They are the most recent addition to the Corporate Team and are still learning the basics of working in their selected department. They are expected to continue carrying out the responsibilities listed for the Management Team.
Junior Corporate - 4
A Junior Corporate continues to execute high standards for their department as well as having the opportunity of becoming a Senior Corporate. They are open to more jobs and opportunities in their department.
Senior Corporate - 4
A Senior Corporate continues to carry out the responsibilities and standards listed in the aforementioned ranks as well as playing a role-model standard for their selected department
Head Corporate - 4
A Head Corporate continues to surpass corporate expectations and standards listed in the aforementioned ranks as well as playing a high role-model standard for the lower Corporate members.
Executive Ranks
Vice President - 1
The Vice President assists the Executive Team in their overall tasks and responsibilities regarding new ideas, implementations, staff management, and aiming to improve Tastetea as a whole.
President - 1
The President assists the executive presidents in their tasks of overseeing the Corporate Team, implementing new ideas and events, and aiming to improve Tastetea as a whole.
Executive Vice President - 1
The Executive Vice President assists the Executive President in their tasks of overseeing the Executive Team, implementing new ideas and events, and aiming to improve Tastetea as a whole.
Executive President - 1
The Executive President executes their tasks of overseeing the Executive Team, implementing new ideas and events, and aiming to improve Tastetea as a whole.
