TBM Airlines -- Airport Staff Guidelines

- Mandatory :

  • Name yourself as for your job ( :name me Username - Yourjob )
  • Equip the correct uniform ( they are located outside the airport on the right )

- Rules specific to your job :

  • Gate Agent:
    • Always welcome your customer ( ex: Welcome to the gate (gate), how can i help you today? )
    • If the customers ask for any items you can answer either by :
      Of course!” or by “We cannot grant you that service, sorry
  • Check-In Agent:
    • Always welcome your customer ( ex: Bonjour et bienvenue à Toulouse-Blagnac, in what class would check in for this flight? )
    • Always grants your custom the correct ticket, depending his rank on the group. If what he ask doesn’t line up with his current rank, politely deny and explain the situation.
  • Security Agent:
    • Make sure every customers goes trough the security one by one.
    • Spot and stop any customer bringing in dangerous, lethal or illegal merchandise / products.
    • Check the inventory of any suspicious customer.

- Commands:

Class = EC / PE / BC / FC / SF / GC
Standing for : Economy Class / Premium Class / Business Class / First Class / Staff / Gate Control

Item = Coke / Coffee / CCart / IceTea / Phone / Computer
Standing for : Coke Soda / Coffee / Catering Cart / IceTea Soda / Phone / Computer
