High-Ranking Members.

High-Ranking Council:
All members of the High Ranking Council have equal authority in The Dominion. Members speak daily about the group and vote on whatever necessary. In order for a vote to be passed, the majority of the Council must be in agreement. If an agreement is made, then the necessary change will take place.

Replacement of a High Ranking member:

In the case that a High Ranking member has ignored their responsibilities of being a High Ranking member of The Dominion, the High Ranking council will vote on their potential replacement. If the High Ranking member is voted to be removed, the council will choose a suitable replacement from a pool of middle ranking members. The decision is based on loyalty, activity, and the test score of the MR’s Teacher Test.

Mid-Ranking Members.

The Ancients:

The Ancients consist of members who have advanced past Teacher of Wizardry, yet decided they cannot devote time to The Dominion. Upon their request and the approval of the HR council, a member can be moved to The Ancients, where they may oversee the group from a retired perspective. This rank has no function other than to honor members who have proved themselves an asset to The Dominion; however, an Ancient may come out of retirement upon request. The new rank of said Ancient will voted on by the High Ranking Council.

The Elders:

The Elders consist of experienced and trusted MRs who await an opportunity to become a high ranking member. Elders may host training sessions and have the power to take over a lower ranked MR’s training if there is no order to the session.

The Wisdoms:

The Wisdoms consist of middle-ranking members who regularly host training sessions and bring new faces into the group. In order to be promoted, wizards under this rank must prove themselves worthy to the High Ranking Council.

The Masters of Magic:

The Masters of Magic are skilled middle ranking members that have more authority beyond the Teachers of Wizardry. In order to be promoted, wizards under this rank must prove themselves worthy to the High Ranking Council.

The Teachers of Wizardry:

The Teachers of Wizardry consist of members who have passed the Teacher test and are now prepared to train Low Ranking members. Teachers of Wizardry are the central rank for hosting training sessions and are expected to host often.

Assistant Professors:

The Assistant Professors consist of members who have completed their basic training and wish to advance to a middle-ranking position. At Assistant Professor, members are permitted to attend training sessions and host one event under the supervision of the trainer, but without the use of admin. All admin commands will be executed by the trainer upon the request of the Assistant Professor. Only one Assistant Professor may use their event per training session. When the High Ranking Council deems them worthy, an Assistant Professor may schedule a Teacher Test to prove themselves worthy of a promotion.

Advanced Wizards:

Advanced Wizards consist of members who are finishing their basic training. At Advanced Wizards, members must regularly attend training sessions and compete to earn promotions. Advanced Wizards should be exceeding all members ranked lower than them at training sessions and are expected to be well disciplined.

The Practitioners should be exceeding all members ranked lower than them at training sessions and are expected to wear either the uniform or a blue colored outfit.

The Followers:

The Followers consist of members who are beginning with their basic training. At The Followers, members must attempt to attend training sessions and compete to earn promotions. The Followers are not expected to wear the uniform or a blue colored outfit, but are strongly encouraged to.

The Innocents are not expected to wear the uniform or a blue colored outfit, but are encouraged to.

Guests:

Guests to the group are permitted presence at training sessions and are allowed to ask questions. If a Guest commits to joining the group prior to sending a join request, they may participate in activities and attempt to earn their first promotion early. It is expected of group members to treat all guests with courtesy, unless the Guest commences hostile behavior.

Group Relations.

Ally Requirements:

An ally of The Dominion is expected to have a strong member base, and should be active enough that they are hosting events/making changes to their group on a weekly basis. An ally should also be considered an asset to The Dominion and is expected to assist the group in a time of war. Upon an alliance, both The Dominion and the ally are expected to communicate on a weekly basis through a High Ranking member. Specific terms between the groups are to be decided between the councils of both The Dominion and the ally.

Ally Rights:

An ally of The Dominion has a right to pick a representative from their group whom they may send into The Dominion. The representative will be placed in the Allied Representatives rank. In addition to representation rights, an ally is also permitted to request assistance from The Dominion in the case of a war. The High Ranking Council will vote to decide if The Dominion will help the ally in this particular scenario.

Conduct during in a War:

In the case that an enemy declares war on The Dominion, the group will restructure itself to properly train members to engage in combat with other groups. All training sessions will be expected to have an emphasis on dueling. Members are expected to behave at their best, causing no disputes to distract the group from it’s goal of terminating an enemy. During a war, High Ranking members gain seniority over all ranks and will lead the Dominion in raids against the enemy. All other changes will be omitted from The Constitution; potential enemies will not be permitted to view The Dominion’s battle strategy.

Miscellaneous.

Format of a Training:

A training session is a session during which group members may train under the supervision of a qualified trainer. Sessions are expected to be anywhere from 30 to 60 minutes. If a training session lasts over 75 minutes, it is expected of the trainer to end the session immediately and reward the trainees with promotions. During a training session, three events have to be hosted at a minimum.

The following events are permitted:

A. 1 v 1 Wand Fighting (variations permitted)

B. Team Death Match (variations permitted)

C. Free For All

D. Discipline

Trainers are free to use their own creative events. These events must be approved by the High Ranking Council.

Hosting Schedule:

It is mandatory that each trainers host at least one training session per week. If a trainer does not host for four weeks in a row, he/she will be demoted to Assistant Professor or The Ancients if requested. A trainer may be excused if he/she gives the High Ranking Council a valid reason. Training sessions are encouraged to be hosted on weekends

Punishments:

In the case that a member of The Dominion is reported to have caused a dispute by three separate middle-ranks or members of the High Ranking Council, they are to be demoted. In addition to this, upon demotion, the demoted user is not permitted to receive any promotions for a week. If a member of The Dominion has been demoted three times, they are to be temporarily exiled from the group and will be allowed entry into the group after one month of being a guest. If they continue the behavior displayed pre-expulsion, they will be permanently exiled. If a member of The Dominion is caught conspiring against the group and/or High Ranking members, they will be put on trial with the potential outcomes being: permanent expulsion, temporary expulsion, demotion, and acquitted of all crimes.

Amendments to the Constitution:

On a regular basis, all decisions made by the High Ranking council will be posted to The Constitution by the OP. These posts will be placed under the appropriate article(s)/section(s).

The Dominion, otherwise known as TD, is a wand-based military organisation that remains one of the oldest clans in the Wizarding World. It is ruled by the High Council, whose members have equal legislative power. To this day it remains undefeated.
