This document covers the purpose behind conducting such large scale battles as well as the rules that are associated with it. It will also list the winning and losing conditions when participating. Any questions regarding the battlegrounds can be directed towards a Siderian or Venerian Grade member. We hope you enjoy reading over the document and we bid you good luck with your battle!

“Even the darkest of warriors have a heart of gold.”

“We’re a family. We’re a game studio. We’re war enthusiasts. We’re a role play group. We’re a community. We’re a hangout. We’re everything. We’re Celvestia.”

:black_small_square:[3.0 | Conducting a Battle]:black_small_square:

When attempting to organize a battle you must approach a Celvestian Cerves or higher to schedule the right time to do so. Once you’ve scheduled the time it’s pretty much smooth sailing from there. The Battlegrounds offers two sections for rallying: one for Celvestia and the other for the challenger. You may conduct your rally at our Battlegrounds to save yourself the hassle of placing everybody to the game in-hopes that none of them crash along the way. From there both sides will wait until they meet the designated amount required to start an official battle between both sides. Now how it works is everyone in the battle will be given one life and will be placed on their respective teams. Cnce all the teaming is situated the Cerves will respawn everyone and the battle will begin. The last team standing will result in a point added to their battle score. They must win 4 battles total with a 2 point lead to claim an officially victory. Section 3.2 will go over the rules and starting protocol to initiate a battle.

:black_small_square:[3.1 | Winning & Losing Conditions]:black_small_square:

This section will go over very briefly how either side would win/lose a battle, both technically and officially.

  • First team to reach 4 points wins the overall battle. They must win with more than 2 points in the lead (example: Team A has 3 points and Team B has 4 points. If Team B wins another battle then they are now at 5 points which would grant them the title of victor.)

  • Whichever side surrenders/forfeits first grants the other side the title of victor

  • If one side is caught rigging the battle such as healthing members, purposely exploiting/cheating (and the HR’s know about it), abusing admin, and so on then the other side is declared the victor due to unsportsmanlike conduct.

:black_small_square:[3.2 | Battleground Rules]:black_small_square:

Here’s a list of rules that both Celvestians and the opposition must follow. There are no exceptions and no one is above the law.

  • A Celvestian Cerves is required to host a battle.

  • 25 people minimum from both sides required to start a battle.

  • The maximum team limit is 110 members represented in a battle (110 vs 90). First come first serve.

  • Everyone has 1 life. Upon being ringed out they will patiently wait in the lobby in their groups’ section and spectate using the !w (username) command if they wish to.

  • No glitching of any sort.

  • If an exploit/hack were to occur and the origin of the exploit was unknown then the entire battle would be deemed voided. However, if one side was caught attempting to rig the battle by exploiting they will be permanently banned from future battles and the other team would be declared as the winner.

  • Mercenaries are not allowed.

  • Allies are allowed if both sides agree to it. However, if it was never brought up then Celvestia will assume that allies are allowed.

  • No uniform battling. Do not battle while wearing the uniform of the opposing team.

  • You have 2 warnings when it comes to flaming. That’s it.

  • There shall be absolutely no profanity.

  • There shall be no spamming.

  • If you’re in Celvestia then you must represent us during the battle. (If you’re an LR in Celvestian and an HR/HC of the opposing side then you must confront the Cerves in-charge to see if you can still participate or sit out of the battle.)

  • Automatic wins do not exist here. Either reach 4 battle points or stay out.

  • Abusing and harassing members is not allowed at all.

  • Make sure to screenshot/record the valid amount of people on both sides before the battle begins.

  • The victory screenshot must show the leaderboard and it should show the enemy team in it.

  • Admin abuse shall not be tolerated from either side.

We expect all of you to follow our rules. Failing to do so will lead to consequences.

:black_small_square:[4.0 | Additional Information]:black_small_square:

If a Cerves is unavailable to host then you may ask any other rank above Cerves to host the battle. However, do not be alarmed if a battle is not approved by any of the S & V Grade members the first try. Scheduling battles into our busy schedule is tedious so bare with us. Speaking of scheduling, when requesting to battle you must be 100% sure of the time that you are wishing to host the battle at. Last minute changes are not allowed. The Battlegrounds does not act as an official raiding/scrimmaging place. It is strictly meant for large scale battles. Elitism is not welcomed here. Also make sure you keep your respective sides under control so that the event may run smoothly and be as enjoyable as can be for everybody. Any further questions may be directed towards the Siderian & Venerian Grade. The server is set to 200 players since TheCelvestian is a part of the Opt-in BETA service as a DevForumer.

:black_small_square:[5.0 | Conclusion]:black_small_square:

We hope that this document covered any questions you may have about hosting a battle, the functionality behind it, the rules, and the conditions for victory. We believe this is a very fun and engaging way to bring forth a new generation of clan warfare towards not just our members but the members of every clan willing to participate in such large scale battles. We thank you for taking the time to read over our document and again, any questions you may have can be directed towards an S & V Grade member. Stay true to your heart of gold Celvestia and good luck out there!
