Team Create Access Per Role

As a Roblox developer, it is currently too hard to control Team Create edit access permissions per place and per role.

Think how the Discord channels and roles work.

If Roblox is able to address this issue, it would improve my development experience because it would allow me to manage places, group roles, and keep things in order.

For example, I could have a place for builders, but have another place where builders can’t see scripts of another place.

Hi Simbuilder,

Thanks for posting the feature request. Can you provide additional details about your desired experience? Currently we expose the following capabilities (plans to unify later):

  • For group games:
    • You can grant a role the “Create and edit group games” permission to edit all games
    • You can grant a roles edit access to individual group games
  • For user-owned games, individual users can be given edit access

So today you can set up multiple different games under a group with different roles having access. What specifically are you missing?
