For the past few months, I’ve noticed that when creating a Team Create, it doesn’t actually let you in the server. You’ll be able to enter the Team Create for a few weeks, and then it’ll break and no longer let you in. Alongside this, when successfully creating a Team Create, not all members can enter… it’s either stuck on “Requesting Access” or you enter and it chucks you out of the Team Create stating “You have lost connection” when your wifi is working completely fine. I have been in this Team Create for almost a week now, and only once have I actually managed to remain in Team Create for a full day - the rest have been a no go. Which when you’re in a team project, it’s not ideal.
I reported this previously and it did begin working again. I followed the steps that Roblox Support provided me with and it’s nothing to do with the device I’m using as I’ve tried both my computers in the house and my laptop - not one of these devices makes a difference.
I have also asked on Twitter if it’s just me and a few replied saying they have problems with it too.
Me and my friend have been encountering this too. When he disconnected and this happened to him, I was still on and could see him. It seems as if your player gets stuck in the team create server even when you disconnect? Maybe that’s it?
EDIT: When this happens, the output also states that it connects to the team create server just fine, but then instantly disconnects as soon as studio loads fully. This is also what happens when you try to get in a team create server if you’re already online on another computer. On the site, the place page also says there are 2 people online (me + friend) when neither of us are in studio.
Just doing some follow up questions. I’ll ask around about this on Monday. I have used Team Create consistently for almost 6 months so there has to be a specific scenario that is causing this.
How many people are in this Team Create at one time?
Are there specific tools you use that may cause this? Have you tried disabling any plugins you use?
Are there specific instances this may happen? Have you noticed something happening during each session that may cause this?
Can you link him any particular examples? This is so he can determine if this issue is isolated to some of your places in particular or if this is happening on a more widespread basis.
