Have you tried logging out then back in again?
A quick search shows a code 5, well:
so.. worth a try logging in again.
While you’re at it, sometimes checking if your Antivirus is causing it is also a good idea. You can check this by disabling it temporarily and seeing how Roblox behaves (note that you should only disable your antivirus when you’re confident nothing malicious is on your device, and make sure to turn it back on after!!)
I’ve checked Roblox’s status at status.roblox.com and everything seems up, and there’s less reports at this hour on downdetector, so Roblox isn’t down to my knowledge.
It could also be your dns, so try manually changing that to 1.1.1.1 or 1.0.0.1 (Cloudflare), or 8.8.8.8 (Google), and see if that plays nicely. My ISP’s DNS sometimes doesn’t play nicely with my device, which is why I use a private dns such as one from Cloudflare.
If you’re on windows, also worth an attempt at clearing your dns caches.
Simply press Win+R, then type in cmd to open the command terminal, then, type in ipconfig /flushdns, and make sure to restart your device after to ensure the DNS is cleared, and then try once again.
Plus, have a look at reinstalling studio too. Go find the Roblox folder (often in %localappdata%) and just delete it. Then, install studio and/or roblox again from Roblox’s site and log in again, and see if that works. It could’ve just been a small glitch in your installation causing it.
Hopefully you can get back to creating soon tho c:
