What is a group shout?
A group shout is an announcement made in which is displayed to all members. It can be used to relay important information or for daily group activities such as QOTDs (question of the day) and game nights.

Over-Shouting
Administrators do not have the authority to over-shout any shouts made by the Commander or Vice Commander unless given permission. Administrators may over-shout another Administrator’s shout depending on the importance. If an Administrator feels like they have been over-shouted by an unimportant shout made by another Administrator, then they may report it to the Commander or Vice Commander.
