I am reporting a technical error where my device is stuck in a permanent “Enforcement Ban” loop despite the primary account being in a state that should allow for manual review. This appears to be a back-end database glitch where the hardware restriction is not syncing with the support system’s ability to process an appeal.

Expected behavior
The system should allow for a manual technical review of the hardware ID block when an automated enforcement action is triggered
The hardware remains locked in a recurring loop that prevents any application functionality, even when seeking a technical reset.
