Staff Handbook
This section will help you find all relevant information regarding being a staff here at Teethyz. If you have any questions, reach out to a member of our Management Team.
Staff Rules & Regulations
It is extremely important to abide by the rules listed below. Failure to do so may lead to consequences.
- Grammar is not required for staff, although it is recommended for Oral Surgeons interested in being promoted to Staff Assistant. Your messages should still be understandable.
- You are required to treat everyone with the utmost respect, no matter the situation. If you fail to do so, consequences will be given. It is important to set a good example for other staff. This includes cooperating with other staff members and listening to MR’s/HR’s. This helps keep everything running smoothly.
- While at the dentist and training center, you must be on your best behaviour. This means being professional and mature.
- Hinting (asking for a promotion) is not acceptable here, and doing so will lower your chances of being promoted. Keep in mind that we do not accept promotion recommendations from LR’s either.
- We do not do Roblox rank transfers/restores. Furthermore, if you accidentally leave the group, you will need to attend training sessions in order to regain your rank.
How do I do procedures?
In-game, you will find a tablet located in your inventory. From there, you can claim appointments for your rank and the ranks below yours. To claim appointments, simply click the green claim button beside your desired appointment. Once you have claimed an appointment, a green arrow will guide you toward your client. You should then greet the client and take them to their appointment room–which you will be guided to by a green arrow. Further instructions on how to complete the appointment can be found on the tablet.
If there’s an influx of appointments for ranks lower than yours, you should be completing those. For example, if you’re an Oral Surgeon, you could help by doing braces appointments when there are no appointments for your rank. As a dentist, at times when there are multiple clients, you shouldn’t be working at reception or spectating appointments. This helps everyone receive fast service.
Protocol Information
Whilst at the dentist, you will encounter troublesome individuals. When this happens, do not panic, but handle it with poise using the following protocol responses. Once following our warning system you will need an MR+ to assist you, you can contact one through our group wall, or on our communications server in the report-center.
Trollers
A Troller is someone who intentionally aims to cause discomfort or issues at the dentist.
- Verbal warning → Warning → Call Supervisor+ to kick
Disrespect
Someone not showing respect or insulting people is considered a disrespectful user.
- Verbal warning → Warning → Call Supervisor+ to kick
Minor & Mass Spammers
A mass spammer is someone who spams more than a sentence 4+ times in a row. A minor spammer is someone who repeats the same singular sentence 4+ times in a row.
- Minor Spammers: Verbal warning → Warning → Call Office Manager+ to server ban
- Mass Spammers: Call Office Manager+ to permanently ban
Inappropriate Usernames & Clothing
If someone has a slur or NSFW content in their username, or on their clothing, they should be immediately pbanned. Inappropriate words are ones bypassing the Roblox chat/username filter.

Exploiters
An exploiter is someone who uses external malware to cause a disturbance or give them an advantage in-game. An example of this can be flying, teleporting, expanding body parts, and walking through walls.

Glitchers
A Glitcher is someone who is using glitches and bugs in the game to give them an advantage or to cause a disturbance over other individuals. This can be things such as glitching through walls via dancing or breaking furniture so that they no longer work correctly.

Fellow Staff Misbehaving
While at the dentist, if you notice a fellow staff member not following one of the rules listed above, please remind them to stop, and if they don’t listen, call an MR+ to assist.

MR+ Misbehaving
Whilst at the dentist or training center, if you notice an MR+ misbehaving, gather proof of the situation and DM it to a Staffing Officer or SHR (depending on the MR+’s rank) immediately.
- MR Misbehaving: Gather evidence → Send that information to a Staffing Officer
- HR Misbehaving: Gather evidence → Send that information to a Staffing Officer
- ED Misbehaving: Gather evidence → Send that information to an SHR
Code of Conduct
To ensure we keep Teethyz Dentist a safe and fun environment for everyone, we ask that you follow the rules outlined in the code of conduct. Failure to do say me lead to a ban or loss of rank.
- You must remain respectful and kind to all players in the game at all times.
- You must not participate in any trolling, raiding, or spamming.
- You must wear avatar items and clothing that are appropriate.
- You must not partake in any sort of discrimination or harassment.

How to become an MR+
There are 2 ways to become an MR+; through a promotion or applications.
In order to be eligible for either, you must obtain the highest LR rank, Oral Surgeon. After doing this, you will need to prove yourself ready in multiple ways, such as displaying a high level of activity, understanding how to properly use grammar, communication, kindness and more. Doing appointments at the dentist and being active on our communications server are very important factors.

Promotion Method: You will need to be noticed and promoted by a Dental Board+ (HR). Before being welcomed onto the Management Team, you will need to complete an internship as a Management Intern. If all goes well throughout your internship, you will be ranked to Staff Assistant, and your promotion will be announced in our staff-announcements. The internship is a time for you to prepare for your future position.

Application Method: Every couple of months, the Staffing Department releases Trial Staff Assistant applications. All Oral Surgeons interested in joining our Management Team are able to apply. Once you’ve passed applications, you will also have to pass a trial. If you pass both of these things, you will then be welcomed onto our MR team.
The MR team is responsible for helping manage the group. MRs assist at training sessions and around the dentist. Due to the number of responsibilities they have, we are looking for competent people who are available for the workload that comes with the position.
Recruitment Shifts
Recruitment shifts are special shifts that occur 1-2 times per week, at unplanned times. Recruitment Shifts are similar to regular shifts, but instead of playing games at the, everyone will be expected to work the whole time. Recruitment and Staffing Officers will attend in the hopes of spotting Oral Surgeons who display Management skills and a good work ethic. If you happen to be spotted, you might be offered a spot in our Management Internship program.
Keep your eyes peeled in our sessions channel, as that’s where these shifts will be announced.

Alliance Request
We are so glad that you are willing to affiliate with us! This section explains the requirements and standards your group needs to meet to apply. We recommend creating your application on a document which can then be sent to any member of the Public Relations department. Once applied, please give our Public Relations team 7 days to review your application. The more details you provide, the better! We wish you the best of luck!
Requirements
- Must have at least 100,000 non-botted members.
- Must not sell ranks that withhold admin abilities or game-changing features.
- Must have an average of 50 players in-game. (Including active operations and communications server.)
*Must not have a negative background within the Roblox community and in general.

Ban Appeal
If you have been banned from Teethyz Dentist due to breaking rules or following a termination, you can appeal the ban using this form.
