Teleport failed because unknown exception

Hi everyone, so recently i have countered 773 error from teleport service, so i have tried all method i know but they’re not work and this is the first time i counter this bug
Im wondering if the place i get teleport to is in roblox moderation or not, beside of this i dont know why i get this bug, i have did some research in devforum but i dont find anything so i decided to make this post
Im very appricating to who help me also help others developer who counter this bug too!

Everyone, the code error is not the main reason of fail on teleport, read the second image! It’s the main cause

Is the place that you’re trying to teleport public?

that is the test place, only who have permission can able to join but in the main game some players did counter that bug and report them, and yes the main game is public

So this isn’t your game or a game you develop in?
Hard to tell from your sentences and the fact you lack a developer badge in the screenshots

Check the places page on the website to know if its getting moderated or not

Make the test place public, this is one of most common reasons of that error.

If both games are public, this won’t affect the teleport

Hey, the 773 error in TeleportService usually occurs when the place you’re trying to teleport to is either under moderation, not public, or hasn’t been approved for third-party teleports. To check if moderation is the issue, visit the place directly to see if there’s any moderation notice.

Also, make sure the place you’re teleporting to is set to public and that your game’s teleport permissions are properly configured. If the destination place is part of a group, verify the permissions are set correctly for teleporting.

It could also help to check if the place is active and not disabled by Roblox. If everything seems fine, try reaching out to Roblox support for more insight.

I have to say this, the code number is not the main reason why it teleport fail, if you try to search the red error like i show in the image, you will only find this post with another post from 13 days ago so i assume this is a new error in roblox, beside that i did ask other developer too and they have no idea about this
One more thing that this bug not always get by players in the game, just sometimes but they’re too frequently, i just got it once then after i try again i got teleported
Anyways appricated for your suggestion, i will try to contact roblox support team for this!
For who ever read this post, please read the red error, not the code error! The red error is the main thing that cause this

Mb everyone for misunderstanding, I typed the wrong red code error and i fixed the title, hope everyone able to understand after this
