so i have two gears here – a fixed version of the All-Seeing Sentry and Decoy Deploy. both gears are a deployable type. they work perfectly expected right out of the box.
the issue i’m having is that both of these gears break when i take a ProximityPrompt teleporter. other gears, such as weapons and healing items, remain unaffected by the teleporter. but both of these deployable gears lose their function when the player is teleported. when attempting to use the gears after teleport, nothing appears in Output for the sentry, but this error occurs when using the decoy deploy
i’ve been unable to come up with any solutions on my own. this problem seems to be very technical and out of my expertise. does anyone know what i can do?
Edit: I have tested this out on more gears and tools and everything deployable breaks. I suspect something about the teleporter might be the culprit. Based on what I know, I believe what is happening is that the deployable gears rely on the character’s position in the world, but the teleporter changing the character’s position may somehow be disrupting that. This is just a theory though and I have no way of confirming this

oh my apologies, i should’ve specified players are R15 only lol. but i ended up searching the toolbox for a different teleporter model that works differently and found one that doesn’t break any gears
