Teleporting to another place within same universe is stuck on infinite loop

Reproduction Steps
You can join any game that uses TeleportAsync to another place within the universe. It will stay stuck on the loading screen without the place icon loading. This doesn’t occur to everyone, only certain accounts (my main is able to load in fine, my alternative account is unable to).

Expected Behavior
I would expect the game to start loading me into the other game server.

Actual Behavior
The game is stuck on an infinite loading loop without the place icon showing up as well.
