Verified check mark should be taken away whenever user violates TOS, closes account or changes display name/username

Another case, the icons this group uploads for their games are inappropriate, they got moderated multiple times and they still have verified checkmark
Still an issue, the creator of hangout (mostly dating) games that previously was terminated multiple times for the same reason, still made an account under “TheOfficiaITeddy” (the last letter is i in Officiai) and is verified even when their game was moderated for dating and for not moderating “stuff” happening in the games
