I have been terminated from Roblox and appealed and got it accepted, though Roblox didn’t reinstate my account nor the other account (which is my sister, @kball0491) Yes, I have done things wrong but appealed and got it accepted. On my sister’s behalf, her notice says that she is an alt of mine despite not, having appealed but didn’t get it accepted.

Can you show me what your moderator note and your sister’s moderator note say?
Roblox detects alts via IP and hardware AFAIK. That’s why your sister was also banned. I doubt there is much you can do because roblox uses literal AI to check these appeals. I would suggest to keep trying. I hope you get yours and your sisters account back/

Ah, I understand now.
Contact them through Roblox Support under I was wrongly moderated for my behavior or the behavior of an alternate account.
Tell them that your appeal got accepted but your account hasn’t gotten reinstated, and include your account’s username as well as your sister’s account username.
They should reinstate it. I’ve seen this case a few times on Reddit. They got their account reinstated by contacting Roblox Support.
