(Not sure if this is the right topic?)

I had an idea and was wondering if this was against the TOS:
A “notification gamepass” for notifying you about in game events even if you’re not in the game. The thing is, this idea requires the user to download a browser extension to receive the notifications if they are not on Roblox.
Is it against the TOS to tell the user to download a browser extension?
