Terrain Level of Detail Issue?

I’ve been noticing for the past few weeks that projects I’m working that have terrain are experience rendering issues that appear to be related to level of detail.

I tried searching for an explanation on the DevForums and was unable to find any relevant experience. Is this just something I’m going to have to deal with?

PC Specs:
Intel i5 9900k
GTX 1070
16GB DDR4 RAM

It’s what Roblox does to optimize the gameplay, if it is detailed to the max then it would cause some performance issues.
