Terrain LoD glitchy with StreamingEnabled, making open world combat games impossible to play

Reproduction Steps
For this bug to be reproduceable by Roblox Staff, we have enabled access to the team spawn where this is most apparent for any member of the Roblox Employees group.

To reproduce this issue, refer to the following steps:
1. Join Glacier
2. On the menu, press the Play button and select The Red Wolves
3. Press spawn and go all the way to the top in this direction:


4. Look forwards and notice the broken LoD stitching:

Expected Behavior
I expect the terrain to look similar to how it does in Studio:

Actual Behavior
With this LoD glitch, being able to shoot and hit people that are far from the player becomes nearly impossible. This is a severe problem in an open world combat game such as ours, where long range combat is very frequent.

Sorry about this problem. We know that stitches are not ideal with streaming and are planning on changing the stitch system to something better. Probably till the EOY.

Hey! Our studio relies heavily on terrain being hidden below primitives to fake grass growing on normal primitives, which causes big issues for us, as you can clearly see the LoD sticking out of the primitives of our map. The feature request itself is less important than the LoD-stitching issues at hand - our map is currently 20,000 x 20,000 studs big, and we’ve plans for making it way bigger than that, which means streaming is something we cannot escape from as it’s super important for us.
If you could take a look at the thread, it would be really appreciated: Allow for terrain grass / decoration on parts
