Terrain "randomly" loses collision after Terrain:PasteRegion

In the recent weeks, there is a bug with terrain, which happens both on the live servers and Studio but is not always reproducible.
I am attaching a video of the problem.
Both the ship and the terrain are using the Default collision group and the collisions for the ship parts are turned on.

Expected behavior

I expect the collisions for the Terrain to be active.
