From a distance the rendering of the terrain goes down and makes it look like the road is floating. However, when you get closer the rendering gets better. Is there anyway to prevent it or make it render further?

Maybe turning up your graphics quality could help?
Yeah, graphics are maxed out sadly.
This should only be an issue while you’re editing in Studio. If you play your game then this “glitch” should stop, here is an example from Jailbreak.
