Terrain spikes into my camera when building in water, and also drops into water at certain angles

Basically, When i begin drawing terrain, the terrain will sometimes start from within my camera and quickly shoot towards my cursor. It only does this in certain directions, however?

I found a solution. It doesn’t 100% solve the problem but it helps tremendously. turn off ignore parts and ignore water. it now spikes like 15 studs up but not all the way instantly to the camera. I believe it is a bug and your not doing anything wrong.
