I’m busy trying to handmake some smooth terrain and if I press alt+p to save my work while I have the grow tool selected it breaks all the terrain tools and I can’t use any of them until I completely restart studio 
I can confirm the terrain tools break on Windows 10. The shortcut is Alt+Shift+P to publish to studio. After you publish, they do break.
We’re aware of this issue, but it’s not an easy fix. For now, pressing Alt again with the 3D view in focus should let you use the tool again.
