It seems that when an object is launched into terrain water at high velocity, the spinning remains the same whilst the movement of the part stops.
It’s not that big of an issue, but it’s sorta annoying in some cases where water physics is important.
Doesn’t even have to be high velocity. If a player dies in the water their Parts spin like that as well.
I have a fix on the way. After we reduced rotational damping, apparently water wasn’t applying enough rotational drag on parts.
