PUBLIC OVERVIEW:

• Lotus’s Malaysia is a shopping-based group on a virtual Platform, Roblox. We are also similar as the one known as Bloxstreet Shopping Centre. At Lotus’s, we strive to make sure every customer is satisfied with our services on store and to make sure that you are having a great time shopping at a virtual shopping game.

RULES AND REGULATION:

• At Lotus’s, we want our customer and community to always stay safe, so we implemented the rules and regulation that you should follow while your stay here. Our Moderator Team will be taking action if you fail to abide the rules and you will be issued a warning or can get permanently banned from our game.

1 - AGE AND CONTENT

• The content in the community are set on 13+ Rating. If there is any inappropriate content, behaviour and audio content that is deemed inappropriate and is not approved by Roblox, will be issued a permanent ban by our Moderator Team and you are not allowed to appeal.

2 - LANGUAGE SPEECH

• The Moderator Team has set English and Bahasa Melayu as in-game official language. You can either speak English or Bahasa Melayu, if you are Indonesian you are as well allowed to speak Bahasa Indonesia. Although that you are allowed to speak any language, please do not utilize any words that can offend others which includes sexuality, gender, religion, beliefs, or anything that defines a person.

3 - ADVERTISEMENT

• Advertising In-Game by public chat or private message with an users is strictly not permitted. This also include advertising in Discord server or Private Message. If caught by our Moderator Team, you will be banned for at least 1 week(s). Please be reminded that our Moderator Team has a chat-log and every time you say something, it is logged on our chat log!

4 - THREATS

• Please be reminded that we do not allow any type to threats to our Staff Team Member and our customer. Do not make threats of violence or threaten to harm others. This includes indirect threat, as well as sharing or threatening to share someone’s private personal information (or also known as doxxing). This behaviour is strictly unacceptable and you will be permanently banned from our platform including Discord and Roblox.

• Do not organize, promote, or coordinate servers around hate speech. It’s unacceptable to attack a person or a community based on attributes such as their face, ethnicity, national origin, sex, gender, sexual orientation, religious affliation, or disabilities.

• Do not organize, participate in, or encourage harass others. Disagreements happen and are normal, but continuous, repetitive, or severe negative comments may cross the line into harassment and are not okay.

• Do not send others viruses or malware, attempt to phish others, or hack or DDoS them and do not share content that glorifies or promote suicide or self-harm, including any encouragement to others to cut themselves, or embrace eating disorders such as anorexia or bulimia.

5 - LEAKING

• Leaking any confidential information from our database is strictly not allowed and will result in a permanent blacklist.

6 - LINKS

• Any type of link cannot contain any form of suspicious link. If our Moderator Team caught that this lead to any suspicious website, you will be permanently banned from Discord and Roblox.

7 - IN-GAME RULES

• The following roleplay scenarios can get you permanently
  banned from Lotus’s Malaysia:
  - i. Sexual activities roleplay
  - ii. Narcotic roleplay
  - iii. Alcoholic roleplay
  - iv. Suicidal / graphic roleplay
  - v. Any scenarios that would be deemed inappropriate

• Fail Roleplay is strictly not allowed at all in any of our shift
  session. If you were caught doing so, you will be punished.
  - i. This rules does not applies when a shift is not hosted,
  but we highly recommend you to not do so.
  - ii. This rules applies whenever a shift is hosted by our HR.
  - Your avatar must be looking as a human before you join the
  shift. Any users are not permitted to roleplay as an animal,
  or impersonating someone.
  - You must respect everyone in-game.
  - You may not interfere with any scenarios that you are not
  involved in.
  - You may not troll and fool around our store.
  - You may not impersonate as a staff member on-duty.

2022 FUTURE PLAN:

• The year 2022, Lotus’s Creative Team Member plan to establish a few groups and organizations under Lotus’s Malaysia and a new subsidiary company.

• How do you become a staff-team member?

  • You should apply via our application center on our Roblox group. But sadly it is still under development. However, we thank you for getting interested to become one our staff-team member!

• How do we have an affiliation relation?

  • Thank you for your interest to become one our of allies, but we are currently not finding any allies as of now. If you want to become one, you should join our Discord Server and be sure to look out at our #public-advisory for information!
