Text is no longer rotating on surface guis (new bug since last update)

Text is no longer rotating with the text guis that the text is on when parented inside a surface GUI. See the image below, all guis that are selected have a Rotation of -90.

This issue only started happening after the last studio update.

IMPORTANT: Text doesn't rotate anymore

Tonight’s update broke text rotation. Repro: Rotate a textlabel, the text doesn’t rotate.
