None of the UI is using Offset, they are all using Scale

Are you using the auto scale plugin?
If not, I recommend using it. It helps a lot with scaling.

yes, thats how i scaled al the ui elements
Try to disable TextScaled and set a text size you think fits, that may help.
i guess but then that wouldnt scale for pc well; mobile will be fine but then pc will be too small
You could also try sizing the text a little better.
