TextChatService's BackgroundTransparency doesn't change if you change it's value

Now, this isn’t a bug where you would need to submit files. This is the CoreGui itself.

  1. Open studio
  2. Select TextChatService in explorer.
    TextChatService → ChatWindowConfiguration → BackgroundTransparency
  3. Choose any value between 0 and 1.
  4. Test the game and you should see no difference if the value is 0 or 1.

Expected behavior

It should change transparency depending on the value.
For example, it would be more opaque the lower the value and more transparent the higher the value.
