TextStrokeTransparency displays as 0 in the ChatWindow even when set otherwise

Set the ChatWindow’s Transparency before or during runtime, and notice the Transparency always remain 0.

This bug started occurring 3 or else 2 days ago as I recall.

Expected behavior

When fixed, TextStrokeTransparency should once again display according to the value it’s set to.

Can confirm, the text chat in my games used to have 0.5 text stroke transparency

Yes, I confirm that the issue is gone after updating the client
