Texture messed up in roblox

Whenever i Import my model into roblox (FBX), it messes up the uv wrapping of the model, the head looks (mostly) fine, but its still messed up. originally I was using 4k pbr textures and i thought that was the problem, but even after i baked it to 1024 textures, it looks the exact same as it was before. It looks fine in blender and substance painter, so its probably a roblox issue. It seems to be decimating the mesh in some places, could that be the issue? Any help is appreciated!

Decimation might be from having to many vertices. I believe Roblox’s current vertices limit is 20k.

Yes. If the mesh has too many tris (or verts, idk), Roblox will start to simply the mesh, which will make it look trash and mess up the UV mapping.
Try separating the mesh, it looks high poly.

Even after splitting it up into over 20 groups, and exporting them all as their own independent FBX files It does the same thing… I dont see why it would be doing this apart from poly count, but even with polies under 10k it does the same thing?

Try exporting the mesh as .OBJ.
