“Unable to generate ‘Workspace.MeshPart.SurfaceAppearance’ due to some of the textures being unavailable. Change a TextureId property to retry.”
“Unable to load Workspace.MeshPart.SurfaceAppearance - NormalMap ‘rbxassetid://13584311221’ (Error: Asset is not approved for the requester).”
Any idea what this means or how to fix?

Hey, I don’t really have an answer for you, but I’d just want to let you know to change this post to one of the Help and Feedback categories before people start flagging your post for take down because its in the wrong category. It’d probably be under building support, but I’m not too sure.

Seems like the texture was moderated. Just your Roblox messages for a moderation email.

It doesn’t say anything about the texture being moderated. I usually get deactivated for 1 day when my textures get moderated.

Says asset was not approved for the requester. Usually when i receive this type of message it’s because of moderation. But I could be wrong in your case.

So just message roblox to get it lifted?

I believe you have to wait for the official email from Roblox, then file a ticket to get the ban lifted. If this is the case,

I wasn’t banned on my account. I refreshed and I’m not logged out and I can still upload other textures to studio.

Having an image moderated doesn’t mean you get banned. It means they don’t allow it.
Do you have a copy of the texture you can post here?

Well that has been my experience on roblox so far, when my textures get moderated I usually get banned for 24 hours.
