Texture problems... Stretched textures

I am trying to import a wooden pole -

But the pole imports with stretched textures.

When I try to apply a different texture that shouldnt stretch, it does not change its texture.
I have UV unwrapped it and texture painted it, saving the texture as a png and importing into roblox via the create tab on the website.
I exported the pole as an OBJ file without the lamp.
I would greatly appreciate help

Try this
First select your object and then
Object>Apply>All Transforms

Then Unwrap it again
