Textures make parts go away

Why is the part going away when I put my camera away. Graphics level 10

This is my video time uploading videos, so please tell me if I did something wrong.

I need a texture for the baseplate for custom grass.

Part is perhaps too much inside the baseplate? I can’t tell but it seems like it.

still happens at 0.5 studs high. Not colliding into the baseplate at all.

Weird rendering for parts on texture

I’m trying to create a road, but the parts on the texture are rendering weirdly. The parts are the lanes on the road and the road itself has a texture laid on top of it. When I move my camera at a specific angle or zoom out, sections of the parts start to disappear off of the texture, it is also noticeable when I play in studio. The fix I found is to extend the part further away from the texture until it renders properly, but then it makes the part not aligned with the texture which looks weird.…
