So im in blender and when ever i try to export my model, the texture wont transfer to studio. Only model.
I did everything, I put base color as image texture, imported as fbx, and nothing. Just grey
I cant find anything to help

Try posting it as a texture, and see if that work. A blender model is gonna be grey, until you post the texture also!
Ok, do you mind showing how to do that?
Go to My Creation, and decals. post the image of the texture! after that add a texture, or a surfaceAppearance to the model. also if it still grey, Roblox is probably still accepting it.
