Textures/Decals clipping through Mesh

Soooo hello againn, so im trying to make a clothing for a custom character

  1. What is the issue?

There is some weird overlapping thingy is going on (im using textures for it. I also tried decal since i used it first, but same issue)

  1. What solutions have you tried so far?

Tried to look for same problems but can’t find a similar one

Also if this is how textures/ decal really works just tell me, i’ll probably stop working on this game, too much issue.

The video is so low quality that you can’t tell what’s going on. Any chance you can use 3rd party recording software?

Just increase the video quality, im pretty sure it can be seen just by going full screen
