At the moment, all you need is ugc access (which is no more available to get due to applications being closed), premium 1000/2200 and an ID to publish and put on sale items. But if you see accessories tab in “avatar items” in group, that doesn’t mean you can upload ugc’s through it. It appears on every group now, even if you dont have any UGC creators in your group.
