For some weird reason, the 
emoji has a green outline when it’s the first character typed in team chat…
When It’s Typed First:

At the end of the day it’s not a big deal, and I know you’re about to remove team chat but this is weird and could be some underlying issue.
Expected behavior
I expect the emoji to display normally.
