At The Anaheim Dentistry, we strive to give you the best dental care using our modern technology. We are an upcoming dental institution that prides itself on giving top-quality dental visits, leaving you with a fresh smile each time you leave.

Rules Applying To All Members

  1. Expected to follow all rules of The Anaheim Dentistry at all times.

  2. Expected to be respectful to all staff and on your best attitude and behavior while working.

  3. Expected to respect all ranks, higher or lower than you.

  4. Use grammar at all times while working and/or speaking to anyone.

  5. Expected to not attempt to hack or exploit or do anything related to that matter.

  6. Expected to use the items you have properly. Any abuse will result in consequences.

  7. Expected to wear appropriate clothing at all times while inside of The Anaheim Dentistry.

  8. Expected to eliminate all threats that are given to The Anaheim Dentistry.

  9. Expected not to troll of any kind or disrupt the Dentistry.

  10. Expected to work as a team player, work with others even if you don’t like them.

Rules Applying to All Staff

  1. Represent The Anaheim Dentistry in a positive manner no matter what the situation is.

  2. Respect all Customers/Staff that come into The Anaheim Dentistry no matter if they are a troller or not.

  3. Staff are expected to report anything bad regarding The Anaheim Dentistry to an HR+ with proof.

  4. It is recommended that you join the discord if you have not yet. The link to the discord will be at the end of this document.

  5. Staff are expected to work as a team and not against each other.

  6. Staff are expected to take responsibility for their actions.

  7. Staff are expected to listen to you superiors and carry out orders given unless they go against the Rules & Regulations of The Anaheim Dentistry.

  8. Staff are expected to not try any forms of exploiting, trolling or Admin Abusing within The Anaheim Dentistry owned places.

  9. Any attempts of bribing an HR will result in a suspension from The Anaheim Dentistry.

  10. You are expected to follow all of the Terms of Services on ROBLOX, rules, and Code of Conduct. You can find these links at the end of this documentation.

  11. Staff are not to spam the group wall or any part of the group, doing this will result in a perm suspension.

  12. HR’s are expected to oversee MR’s and LR’s to make sure they are working efficiently and are following the training and rules of The Anaheim Dentistry. If an HR is caught not doing so, you will be demoted from the HR rank you are in.

  13. HR’s are expected to fill out logs for promotions or suspensions through the channels in Discord

  14. Scrubs is the uniform for The Anaheim Dentistry. You may purchase the uniform through our group store or you may buy scrubs from another group/game. Please let it be work appropriate.

Rules Applying to All High Ranks

  1. Expected to follow the rules of ROBLOX and the Anaheim Dentistry at all times.

  2. Expected to be on best behavior when working and to represent the Dentistry with true integrity and respect.

  3. Always be a leader to all the lower ranks. Guide them on what to do and always help.

  4. No bias when thinking of promoting or demoting people. If you want to promote a friend, make sure it is within reason and not because its your friend. If you wish to demote a person, it must be discussed with someone of a higher rank than you.

  5. Expected to eliminate any forms of wrongdoing by any staff and always report any major issues to an Assistant Director+ when they cannot be handled.

  6. Expected to be helpful to any person that needs it. Never stray away from helping someone.

  7. Expected to monitor people at all times to be sure that they are working or being respectful and that they follow all the rules of Section 1 and Section 2. 3 Warns = Kick from 13- & 3 Kicks = Ban from AD-.

  8. Expected to always keep proper use of grammar at all times when working.

  9. Expected to be a team player when working with other staff members.

  10. All ranks Dentistry Board+ are required to say the first 5 letters of a person’s username before kicking/banning the person. Failure to do this may be seen as Admin Abuse.

  11. Expected to never abuse your admin priveliges. If we find that you’re abusing your admin privlileges, you will be demoted to an LR indefinitely.

  12. Expected to fill out logs for promotions, suspensions, and/or demotions through Discord.

  13. Dentistry Board+ are the only ranks allowed to promote Oral Surgeons to Dentistry Managers.

Staff Descriptions

Trainee | Cannot perform anything until taught in the Reception Area.

Dental Student | Reception Area, can also assist Dental Assistants.

Dental Assistant | Reception, giving clients a check-up on their teeth and requesting the appropriate higher rank to handle any issues they find.

Periodontist | Check the client’s teeth for any signs of tooth or gum disease. Check their teeth for plaque and search for any other issues in the mouth using a mirror and pick. Call a Dental Hygienist for cleaning if necessary.

Dental Hygienist | Performs cleanings. Check the client’s teeth with a mirror, scaler, and pick. Use floss and toothpaste to clean clients’ teeth.

Orthodontist | Check the client’s teeth making sure that all teeth are straight and not crooked in any way. Authorized to install braces or have patient wear retainers. Make sure the client is flossing and brushing twice a day.

Oral Surgeon | Handle all surgeries that are needed such as Wisdom Tooth removals, root canals, etc. Check to make sure that teeth aren’t severely damaged or badly hurt. You will need a Dental Assistant+ present to perform the surgery.

Dentistry Manager and Chief Dentist | Max: 20 each | Moderators, Oversee all staff to make sure they are doing their work. Make sure patients aren’t trolling and that they are checked-in patients. Help staff members when needed.

Dentistry Board and Chief of Staff | Max: 10 each | Moderators in the dentistry. Oversee all staff to make sure they are doing their work efficiently. Make sure patients aren’t trolling and that they are checked-in patients. Help staff members when needed.

   Assistant Director to President | Oversee how The Anaheim Dentistry operates and deals with Allies, Promotions, Demotions, Suspensions, and Staff Complaints.

Promotion Rules

  1. Promotions within Management will be discussed with High Rank members.

  2. Promotions are based on efficiency, accuracy, leadership, and teamwork skills. They should not be upon favoritism.

  3. MR+ have to be an MR or HR for a minimum of 2 weeks to get promoted unless the SHR decides that they deserve an instant promotion.

  4. Free-Ranking is not acceptable under any circumstances. Any form of this will activate a case on the person that promoted the staff member by the Human Resources Department of The Anaheim Dentistry.

  5. “Skipping a rank” is not tolerated at The Anaheim Dentistry. All employees must experience all ranks and not skip through them.

  6. Only ranks Chief of Staff+ can promote staff members from Oral Surgeon to Dentistry Manager.

Suspensions

Suspensions are to be recorded in-discord and are not to be shared on why the person was suspended. Only report that to an HR+ if they question it. When suspending a staff member, you must run it by the Human Resources Department before suspending the offender. Not doing so will result in a 2 day suspension.

Resources

Trainings
Trainings are hosted at 11 AM, 2 PM, 5 PM, 8 PM, and 11 PM EST. Ranks Trainee - Orthodontist will need to attend trainings in order to rank up. To find out if they are being held or canceled, direct yourself to our Discord Server.

Group Shouts
[DNoS] - Is only used by an AD+ when the Group Shout must be up indefinitely.
[TRAINING] - Is only used by Dentistry Board+ when they are hosting a training.
[SHIFT] Is only used by a Dentistry Manager+ when they are hosting a shift.

Uniform:
All employee’s of the Anaheim Dentistry must wear scrubs while on shift in any of our games unless instructed otherwise by an Assistant Director+. You may buy scrubs from the Group Store or buy scrubs from a third party. Custom Scrubs are also allowed.
