You are supposed to aim the hand in the direction the car is facing. In this case it would be bottom left. Basically how driver would be facing when sitting in it.
VPN and proxies are usually used by bad actors, causing the captcha service to impose heavy difficult captchas, OP could have been using a VPN or proxy while trying to do a action.

8 sets of addition and 12 choices (that’s 96 equations to wrap around if you’re unlucky enough and get it last try), I can’t take this anymore so I did the audio captcha, which I did, but after I finished it just says an error occurred on the Roblox site.
