The continue playing list is missing

The continue playing list is missing from the home page so I’m unable to see my recently played games. This happens on both browser (google chrome), the roblox desktop app, and the mobile app (iOS).

Expected behavior

I should be able to see my continue playing tab.

Hey @Robloxplayer12346789, do you mind taking another video today (scrolling through all the sorts like yesterday) so we can see what it looks like?

We took a really quick peek yesterday and couldn’t immediately spot the issue / couldn’t reproduce it, so we wanted to check if there was a difference in the ordering of your page today.

Happening to me as well, but for me it’s on the website. I’ve tried to use CTRL + F to find the continue tab, but it literally does not exist. It’s like the “Recommended for you” tabs have taken the place of the “Continue” and “Favorites” tabs or something like that, idk really.
(Can’t upload videos here in replies so I’ll just send the video as a YouTube video)
Here’s what it shows for me: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EVNKp6IIH8A

This is what the console gives in the developer console on the home screen website

Hi @Tanakob12345, thanks for reporting.

Did this happen consistently before and does it still happen now?

It started happening like 3 days ago for me, and it’s still going on. I’ve tried to switch browsers but the tabs don’t seem to exist even on that. I do have RoSeal, which lets me re-arrange the tabs, but it’s not that which is causing it, even in the menu there, the Continue and Favorites tabs are just non-existent, like it’s been deleted from the home page.

Thanks for replying - we’re trying to debug this issue and its prevalence.

Could you please Right Click → Inspect → Network → search for “omni-recommendation”
and send both the “requestId” and a screenshot of the “sorts”?

It should look something like this

There’s no omni-recommendation for me in Network.

Tick “Preserve log”, then reload the page and try again

Alright, this is what I got after doing what you told me to do.

Great. Sorry to be a pain but I think you need to press the little arrow to the left of “sorts”, and then take a screenshot of the same page once you have that expanded

Well… ‘Continue’ doesn’t exist here…

Thanks a lot and thanks @bvetterdays for helping! My instructions were kinda bad huh.

Could you try again now @Mazen555 and see if it’s fixed?

No problem! It’s fixed, the Continue list is probably not supposed to be under Recommended For You, but it is probably because of the extensions I have downloaded.

Closing this issue as we fixed the root cause that was causing the Continue sort to not show up.
Please file a new ticket if the issue reoccurs.
