Community Guidelines

As a member of The Creamed Bean community, you are to abide with the following rules/guidelines:

  • Follow the Roblox Terms of Service.
  • Treat everyone with respect.
  • We do not tolerate game exploits or hacking.
  • Spreading personal information is prohibited.
  • Spreading rumors and/or misinformation is prohibited.
  • Supporting raids with malicious intentions is prohibited.
  • Impersonation of players with malicious intentions is prohibited.
  • Decisions and purchases are final; do not attempt to take back the decision/ask for a refund.
  • Do not commit inappropriate actions or wear inappropriate clothing/no clothing.
  • Do not post advertisements (without permission).
  • Do not talk about controversial or sensitive topics.
  • Do not spam/flood the chat.
  • Do not send threats to anyone.
  • Do not cause drama or arguments.
  • Do not encourage bad behavior.
  • Do not evade or complain about valid punishments.
  • Do not attempt to find loopholes in the rules.

Use common sense. A rule does not have to be specifically stated to be considered wrong. If you are unsure about a certain action, you may always ask a management member. Failure to follow the rules/guidelines will result in consequences.

While we want to ensure those who violate our rules and guidelines receive consequences, The Creamed Bean is a firm believer of second chances. In order to submit an appeal, you must meet the following requirements:

  • Must have been a minimum of 7 days since your punishment.
  • Must not have appealed the punishment before.

If you are eligible, please fill out the respective form and submit it to the correct personnel via Roblox private messages or open an appeal support ticket in our Discord server.

Ban Appeal

If you are permanently banned from our games or Discord server, please fill out this form. Our Moderation Department is responsible for ban appeals.

  1. What is your Roblox username? (If this is a Discord ban appeal, put your Discord username.)
  2. Why were you banned?
  3. Why do you wish to appeal your ban?
  4. What have you learned since your ban? Do you believe you have changed?

Staff Blacklist Appeal

If you are blacklisted from staff or management ranks, please fill out this form. Our Human Resources Department is responsible for blacklist appeals.

  1. What is your Roblox username?
  2. Why were you blacklisted?
  3. Why do you wish to appeal your blacklist?
  4. What have you learned since you were blacklisted? Do you believe you have changed?

Alliance Blacklist Appeal

If your group is blacklisted from forming an alliance with The Creamed Bean, please fill out this form. Our Public Relations Department is responsible for alliance blacklist appeals.

  1. What is your group’s name?
  2. Why did your group get blacklisted?
  3. Why do you wish to appeal the blacklist?
  4. What did your group learn since the blacklist? Do you believe your group has changed?
Alliance Information

Alliance Information

The Creamed Bean is always looking forward to forming new alliances. In order to form an alliance with us, your group must meet the following requirements:

  • Your group must be a roleplay business with 80+ non-botted members.
  • Your group must have an organized Discord server with 40+ non-botted members.
  • Your group must have a good reputation.
  • Your group must have professional and mature staff.
  • Your group must have an active and kind community.
  • Your group must not sell administrative ranks and/or permissions.
  • Your group must provide 2-3 representatives that can frequently communicate with us.
  • Your group must announce and participate in events we invite you to.

If your group is eligible, please open an alliance support ticket in our Discord server. Submit an application answering the following questions:

  1. Tell us about your group. Please provide us with your group and Discord server links.
  2. Why do you wish to form an alliance with The Creamed Bean?
  3. How can your group benefit The Creamed Bean?
  4. How can The Creamed Bean benefit your group?
  5. Do you understand that if your group violates our community guidelines or no longer meets our requirements we have the right to terminate our alliance?
  6. Please provide us with your representatives’ Roblox and Discord usernames.

Our Public Relations Department and Board of Directors will read your application within 3 days. You will receive a response informing you if your application is accepted or not.

Session Information

Session Information

Sessions can be hosted at any time, and may be requested. You can view the group shout or #session-shouts to know if there is an ongoing session.

Shifts

Shifts are hosted at the cafe for people to gather and have fun. Customers can order from the counter, baristas can serve customers, and management staff can oversee the shift’s operations.

Trainings

Trainings are hosted at the training center for Trainee Baristas and Junior Baristas to train for a promotion. Head Baristas and above can become training staff.

Barista Ranks

Trainee Barista

Trainee Baristas have successfully passed an application but cannot work behind the counters. They must attend a training session in order to do so.

Junior Barista

Junior Baristas are the first addition to the staff team and have successfully passed a training session. They can work behind the counters and serve customers.

Senior Barista

Senior Baristas were promoted from attending a shift/training and have more experience in working. They are eligible to become a Head Barista.

Head Barista

Head Baristas are the top barista rank and are experts at their job. They are eligible for Management Trainee and can assist in training sessions if there is a lack of management staff.

Management Ranks

Management Intern

As a Management Intern, they are the first management rank and have successfully passed a MT application. They are learning the ropes of a management member and can be a trainer (under supervision) in training sessions. Management Interns do not have any administrative abilities however, and will be promoted to Staff Assistant if determined as a good candidate after their internship.

Staff Assistant

As a Staff Assistant, they are the first addition to the management team and have successfully passed their management training. They gain moderator commands and the ability to be a trainer in training sessions.

Supervisor

As a Supervisor, they have experience in management. They gain the ability to co-host sessions.

Assistant Manager

As an Assistant Manager, they are tasked with assisting management. They gain the ability to host sessions and rank group members.

Executive Ranks

General Manager

As a General Manager, they are the first executive rank. They gain the ability to recommend potential Head Baristas and administrator commands.

Executive Assistant

As an Executive Assistant, they are tasked with assisting their department and corporate executives.

Executive Officer

As an Executive Officer, they are tasked with managing the group and their department.

Corporate Ranks

Board of Directors

As a member of the Board of Directors, they tasked with leading their department and making corporate decisions. They gain super administrator commands.

Vice Chairwoman

As the Vice Chairwoman, she is the co-owner of The Creamed Bean. She oversees the operations and takes over for the Chairwoman when unavailable.

Chairwoman

As the Chairwoman, she is the owner of The Creamed Bean. She oversees the operations and leads the Board of Directors.

Clothing Designer

This rank designs clothing for The Creamed Bean. They do not have any administrative abilities.

Game Developer

This rank works on games for The Creamed Bean. They do not have any administrative abilities.

The Advisory Board oversees the operations and gives advice to the Board of Directors.

The Human Resources Department is tasked with managing everything staff related including promotions, discipline, applications, and more.

The Public Relations Department is tasked with managing all the communications aspects including alliances, community events, social media, and more.

Moderation Department

The Moderation Department is responsible for the safety and security of our community. Their tasks include enforcing the rules, reading ban appeals, providing support, and more.

Code of Conduct

The code of conduct consists of rules/guidelines and expectations all staff are to abide with. As a staff member, you are representing The Creamed Bean, so you must set a good impression.

  • Grammar is not required for staff as long as they are understandable.
  • Staff are expected to be professional and mature.
  • Staff are expected to serve customers behind the counters.
  • Staff are expected to report players they find violating our guidelines.
  • Staff must refrain from going AFK when serving a customer or behind a register.
  • Do not hint for a promotion. It can lead to a blacklist from management ranks.

Staff must still abide with the community guidelines as they are a part of the community. Failure for staff to follow the community guidelines or code of conduct will result in consequences.

How to get promoted to Trainee Barista (For Customers)

Customers must apply at the application center and answer most questions correctly in order to be promoted to Trainee Barista.

How to get promoted to Junior Barista (For Trainees)

Trainee Baristas must pass a training session in order to be promoted to Junior Barista. Please check the session information for more information on trainings.

How to get promoted to Senior Barista (For Junior Baristas)

Junior Baristas must attend a shift or training session for a chance of a promotion.

How to get promoted to Senior Barista (For Junior Baristas)

Senior Baristas must be recommended by a General Manager+ in order to be promoted to Head Barista. There are many reasons you can noticed for including activity and professionalism.

How to get promoted to Management Intern (For Head Baristas)

For a Head Barista to be eligible, you have to meet the following requirements:

  • Must be a Head Barista.
  • Must be in our Discord server.
  • Must be at least 13 years old.
  • Must have safechat disabled.
  • Must have a good reputation.
  • Must be active within our community.
  • Must be a professional and mature individual.
  • Must include grammar and detail in answers.

Applications open in the Discord server whenever there is a lack of management staff.
