I expect the page to work as it always has

Half of the formatting fails to load, the entire page is skewed off to the left and I can’t access any of the navigation.

Are you sure that you haven’t got any adblocker/weird setting enabled? Try checking if you have Javascript enabled and try to restart your computer and Chrome.
No other website and no other page on roblox has this issue. It’s just the create and configure pages.
Javascript is on, with my adblocker off and computer restarted it’s exactly the same, but now with ads.
That is indeed very odd, does it happen with the new Creator Dashboard too?
No the Creator Dashboard works fine, but I can’t edit game thumbnails, icons, or upload decals and audio in the Creator Dashboard so I need these other pages working.
Try deleting your Roblox cookies.(This will log you out! So make sure you remember your password to avoid being locked out of your account)

4 weeks wasn’t enough, but “all time” was.
It looks like the CSS is failing to load, could you check if there is any HTTP error response code for loading a stylesheet in the network tab of the browser console?
Cannot reproduce on Windows 10 with latest Chrome version.
I did check, there wasn’t any errors relating to style sheets. Just localization errors that are still there even after fixing.
