The creations that "shared with me" is not applying "show public only" filter

Date First Experienced: 12/9/2023
Date Last Experienced: 12/15/2023

Reproduction Steps:

1. Go to the Creations
2. Click the “Shared With Me”
3. Open the filter of “Show public only”

Here is a video showing the issue:

Exptected Behavior: it should be filter the “Show public only” on the “Shared with me”
Actual Behavior: its not filtering the “Show public only”
