The Crown of O's - Not getting it even though my game definitely meets the requirements

Recently, I had a game get a reasonable amount of players and monthly active users, being around 300 CCU and 301,000 MAU. I have the golden crown from a few years back and was wondering why I am not obtaining any of the crowns which I qualify for.

The group that the game is held under IS an alt account, but I do not have any crown messages there either.

Probably your alt’s username is way below in the wait list for the Crown Of O’s, so the waiting time for the crowns is just longer.
