The Crust was a group originally founded by xProfitt and flvurry. The Crust has started over in another group.
Staff Rules
You must be in the staff area with your uniform on and working. If you have to go AFK, please toggle your AFK button to show that you are AFK.
Trolling will not be permitted on any of our games. If caught doing so, you will be suspended or terminated depending on the severity.
Disrespect to any customers, higher ranks, and other staff members will result in a suspension.
Trainings
In order to rank up as a staff member, you will have to go through a training session.
You will first start out as a trainee, then you will have to attend a training session to be a Junior Sandwich Maker.
Moving forward, you must obtain 15 points to go to the next training session. Once you reach 25 points and attend another training session, you will be a Sandwich Maker if you pass.
Once you obtain 25 points, you may attend another training session. If you pass the training session, you will be a Senior Sandwich Maker.
From then on as a Senior Sandwich Maker, it is your responsibility to be active to be promoted by an HR. Points will also help your chance when becoming an MR as it shows that you are active.
Points are earned by handing a sandwich to a customer or a drink. We will bring point multipliers in the future if we think it’s necessary to have.
- Once you have reached these points, be sure to keep collecting points! Points are earned by handing sandwiches to customers.
Promotions
As said before, you may receive a promotion to become an MR by being a Senior Sandwich Maker.
Additionally, as an MR, you must be over the age of 13 years old and have Discord. Discord is required to communicate with staff as well as get the latest updates as an MR.
Discord is for better communication, as it’s necessary we are able to communicate with all of you at the same time in case something arises that we need to contact all the MRs at once.
- If an MR is caught being under the age of 13, they will be de-ranked to an LR rank and banned from our Discord server due to violation of Discord ToS.
