The Datastore Errors and Limits page has been removed

There used to be an article outlining some common error codes and what they mean, this was also the only place the Datastore limits were documented. My team is currently hitting a datastore throttle that we shouldn’t be hitting, and it’s now impossible to verify GetRequestBudgetForRequestType’s behavior.

Passed that over because I assumed that was referring to the open cloud web API limits. Thanks.
