Hello, my name is Radiogamer, and like every Easter I’m writing a full guide in order to assist the egg hunting community collect all the official eggs for this year’s Easter. As much information will be filled in to aid one in getting the eggs, as well as for any other relevant content that is involved in this event.
Introduction
“Egg hunt? What are you talking about? It was cancelled in favor for the Metaverse Champions event.”
That is true. While the egg hunt was sadly cancelled this year, they do left a small surprise in the end in the current event.
This event focuses on players completing quests in various games in order to show their support for the Metaverse champions. Each quest cleared adds a vote for that champion. Players are able to collect a mystery box by completing weekly quests. Up to four mystery boxes can be earned each week, one per champion. Gathering all 4 chests of a champion awards that champion’s bundle. The champion with the most votes wins, awarding an additional reward themed after that champion to everyone.
The central game for this event is found in this hub.
Eggs
Without further ado, let’s begin with the eggs. Or egg to be precise. That’s right, the event houses a secret final egg that players can collect
-
Tiny Egg of Nonexistence
Location: Metaverse Champions hub
Located around the hub are pads that can be stepped on. Doing so will light up the pad, but a bright light will shine over it if you step on it while having at least 40 badges of the Metaverse Champions event. These include badges earned from completing quests, badges from the launcher boxes and badges from collecting a champion’s bundle. There are a total of 11 pads to be found:
- In front of Wren Brightblade’s pedestal.
- On the archway near Wren Brightblade’s pedestal. You can climb up using the vine on it.
- On the archway found left of the map. You can use the stone Roblox icon to jump ontop of it.
- On the back left area of the map found near the edge of the map. This is right of an archway and near a tree sticking outside the map.
- Ontop the right large structure next to the floating Roblox icon. You can get up using the vine from the back.
- On the broken archway found on the back right of the map.
- On the archway found right of the map. You can use the stone Roblox icon to jump ontop of it.
- In front of Sparks Kilowatt’s pedestal.
- On the archway near Sparks Kilowatt’s pedestal. You can climb up using the vine on it.
- The left pad found in front of the large structures near Fey Yoshida’s pedestal.
- The right pad found in front of the large structures near AJ Striker’s pedestal.
All 11 pads must be pressed and shine at the same time. This requires coordination with 10 other players who have the badge requirements.
Once successfully done, a cutscene will play opening up an entrance at the start of the map. This is only accessible to the players that have pressed the pads.
In here, the final egg can be found. This egg is the original fake egg from the 2008 egg hunt.
Closing notes
I would like to say that it has been a wild journey these past 10 years. It has been a rollercoaster of emotions and experience gathering and listing all the eggs since 2012. Unfortunately, evidence suggests that this may be the final egg of the Roblox egg hunt tradition. Not only was the egg hunt replaced this year, but the description for the Tiny Egg of Nonexistence says ‘Goodbye’, which may suggest the full closure of the egg hunt events.
I hope you have enjoyed this journey. Who knows, maybe there will be another official egg hunt in some future year. If that will happen, I will gladly be present again to gather and list them.
End
And that’s it. Feel free to share this information to help your fellow Robloxians get the egg.
Happy hunting!
