The FFlag "DFIntTextureQualityOverride" doesnt seem to take effect even when its set to the max

Hi so this is a followup to the post my friend made:
https://devforum.roblox.com/t/blurry-textures-despite-texture-quality-override-flag-is-set-to-the-highestmax/3279234
I’m posting this in the Help and Feedback catergory since i dont have enough clearance to post this in Engine Bugs.
I have been getting blurry textures even though the DFIntTextureQualityOverride is set to max
and this issue is also happening in studio even though it didn’t used to get this issue before?
Here’s a few example images both ingame and studio:

Though Custom Decals and the UI dont seem to be low quality at all.

Have you tried turning it off and on again?

I’ve fully reinstalled roblox multiple times so no that doesnt work

Update:
I haven’t found any solutions to this problem yet.

forgot to add another example

Simple solution: don’t use fflags, they are made for roblox engineers.
