The Galactic Empire

NOTICE
I have not been an owner of this group for a few years already, this guide may be completely outdated. Please refer to the most up-to-date information in the community Discord server for newer rules.

Welcome to the Galactic Empire, trooper! This document will provide you with valuable information for your service within the Empire. If any questions arise, refer to the Frequently Asked Questions section or contact a high rank. (Colonel+)

1. Community Guidelines

These guidelines are a general reminder of how you are expected to behave while participating in our community. Guidelines may be added without notice at the discretion of the Imperial High Command. Violations of these rules may result in a citation, suspension, demotion, or a group blacklist.
  1. Be respectful to everyone inside the group and within group games. This applies to hostiles, allies, visitors, and all members.

  2. Exploiting, flaming, glitching, spamming, advertising or other malicious behavior will result in disciplinary actions at the discretion of the moderator.

  3. Swearing or discrimination towards anyone based on their race, gender, orientation, or belief system will not be tolerated.

  4. Do not abuse gamepasses. Certain gamepasses provide gameplay advantages to the player (health boosts, speed boosts, etc). In the event that one of these features becomes unstable and causes unfair gameplay advantages, you are required to report it to the development team.

  5. Due to Roblox not providing any official tools to provide refunds, we are unable to provide refunds for any accidental purchases or otherwise legitimate purchase of a gamepass/developer product. Exceptions could be made, please contact AsunaKoB or antishell for more support.

  6. Spam mentioning @ everyone or @ here, or an individual will result in a kick from the server. Second offense may result in a ban.

It is important to note that it is impossible to write down every single rule that we expect to be enforced. Please use common sense when participating in our community!

2. Military Guidelines

These guidelines are the foundation of our Empire, you are expected to follow them while on-duty to the highest standards possible.
  1. Respect all enlisted Imperials. This includes lower and higher ranks.

  2. Citizens’ are to be protected from any sort of violence or insurgency aggression. Do not random-kill or spawnkill!

  3. Shock Troopers serve as the primary law enforcement force in the Empire. Any orders given by Shock Troopers should be executed to the fullest extent of applicable law. If an order contradicts Imperial law, contact an Imperial High Command+.

  4. Imperial Guards are personal protectors of the throne. Do not interfere with their duties, and do not attempt to enter the Throne Room. Crowding protectees may result in a show of force by the Imperial Guard.

  5. If you are late to an event, do not attempt to sneak in. Ask permission to fall in line. Most of the time, the host will be willing to allow you late entry if you are 5-10 minutes late.

3. Infractions

The Galactic Empire utilizes ClanLab's warning system to issue warnings to all community members. Example: https://gyazo.com/9eab7af4a83417e1b3709128e59aafbb

All infractions can be appealed to Imperial High Command.

4. Events

There is a wide variety of events community members can participate in within the group. Official events include patrols, trainings, and more. Not in the mood to patrol Vardos? Join us on our regularly hosted game nights where we play fun games together!

5. Approvals

Certain ranks (see section 6) require approvals from current Imperial High Command to progess to the next rank. In order to get an approval, you may be given a simple task or you will just get the approval based on merit. Remember that approvals are a symbol of respect from Imperial High Command: do not beg for them!

8. Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Why is the Emperor ignoring me in game?
A: The Emperor may be busy in-game handling emergency situations. If you have any questions, try contacting an Imperial Ruling Councilor who can forward a message to the Emperor if needed.

Q: An individual has broken group rules, what do I do?
A: Gather EVIDENCE. That means screenshots or video. If you want to use eye-witness reports, we prefer you gather multiple witnesses. Send the information to a Colonel+

Q: I want a refund for a gamepass, how do I get a refund?
A: Unfortunately, Roblox does not provide an official refund system. That means you can not be refunded because you “accidentally” purchased the wrong gamepass/developer product. All sales are final. Feel free to ask for advice regarding the purchase of a gamepass PRIOR to purchasing the gamepass.

Q: Can someone host a training?
A: Watch the Roblox group shout for updates. People who can host events generally shout the events. Also watch the Discord announcements server as hosts post there too.

Q: Can someone host a Divisions tryout?
A: Only HRs in the said division can host tryouts for that division. Division HRs may host whenever they want. Keep a close eye on the Roblox group shout and the TGE discord server for tryout announcements.
DO NOT ASK THE EMPEROR TO ACCEPT YOU INTO A DIVISION

Q: Is TGE mobile-friendly?
A: For all new TGE projects, we are aiming to make our games mobile compatible to support our growing community. Older games may experience a lack of mobile compatibility.
