The glitch works in the following situation: you collect a launcher shirt from one of the star creators in the teams. In this situation, it was the “Giant Feet” team shirt. Link to the mentioned item here: Giant Feet Official Tee - Roblox The next major issue I discovered came when I never received the item, so I decided to delete the badge and reclaim the item via launcher since this usually works. I then discovered I couldn’t get either item or shirt. Now usually you could contact support regarding the claim; however, there’s a slight issue: there’s an exclusive item for “highest scoring members of each team.” The highest scores obtainable and those that are highest scoring are 100%. The issue with this is very straight forward: the shirt badges count towards that percentage, and since you can’t reclaim the launcher badge for “Giant Feet,” you are essentially softlocked from both the exclusive item for the highest scoring members of each team and the badge for the launcher shirts since Roblox Support doesn’t grant badges back only event items. Expected behavior
I would suggest for the team launcher shirts to be fixed in a manner that allows you to keep your score up and that isn’t affecting the chances of not being able to get the highest scoring item for each team. I’d recommend doing it in a manner that removes the softlock, like the badge giver staying enabled after you delete the badge. This would allow for players to be able to reclaim the badge if they initially deleted it for the reason I provided of getting the shirt on their account and to prevent a softlock from both getting the badge points and shirt.
