What We Look For In An Employee:
We’re looking for people who have a passion for serving. Your account must be older than 30 days, to prevent trolls. Proper spelling, punctuation, and capitalization is key in order to seem as professional as possible. Any disrespect towards customers will not be tolerated. If you have any issues with customers or employees please reach out to a manager or Transferenc3. Managers have the power to kick trolling players from the game if there are any issues. Try to ignore trollers, as they tend to thrive off of attention.
Employee Rules:
- No hate speech, cursing, or rude language are allowed.
- Being disrespectful to or trolling customers or employees will lead to a warning or a rank demotion.
- Respect your fellow employees
- Self promotion or advertisement in game or on the group wall will not be tolerated.
- Always use proper grammar, excessive and improper use of caps lock will not be tolerated.
How To Rank Up:
If your primary application is accepted, you will have to do a primary training session in order to become a Trainee. This will teach you how to treat customers, what to say to customers, and how to use employee tools. Your primary application will be responded to, if it is accepted then you will be able to choose a time and date for your training session. If you do well on your primary training session your rank will become Trainee.
To rank up from Trainee to Server you must be seen online, serving customers. After this, you must attend a secondary training session. Ranks are awarded based on how well you do at the job. If you’re seen being disrespectful or harsh towards customers then you may be warned or ranked down.
To rank up from Server to Manager you must be seen online frequently, being helpful and respectful towards customers. You will have to attend 2 more training sessions to learn manager tools and how to use them. Along with this you must be seen as a trustworthy and long-term employee. Abuse of these tools will not be tolerated and will result in a warning or being ranked down.
